What are the next steps?

Once you are signed up:

  1. Pre-consult - Join the educational library, submit symptoms questionnaires & book 1:1 consultation within 1 month

  2. Day 1- One to one consultation. Discuss findings and order functional health tests for family if needed. Start to implement healthy habits at home and stress management

  3. Day 3-4 - Receive personalised guide with lifestyle, diet and supplement suggestions.

  4. Week 2-12 - Weekly check-ins to review progress and adjust. Forward function health test results for review as they are received. Allow up to 7 days to receive updated suggestions.
