After that, once you are signed up:
Pre-consult - Join the educational library, complete all documentation, submit symptoms questionnaires, and test results within 3 weeks of purchase. We will then connect via WhatsApp so I can ask any further questions during the analysis process
Day 1- Your functional health assessment and personalised program will be delivered via a recorded via to watch in your own time. Start to implement healthy habits at home and stress management
Day 2-3 - Direct any questions you have about your program via WhatsApp and get started.
Week 2-12 - Weekly check-ins to review progress and adjust. Forward repeat function health test results for review as they are required and received. Allow up to 7 days to receive updated suggestions.
